Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Leadership Team
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Rooshawn Pratt, Senior Pastor Rooshawn Pratt, was born and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He is the son of late Roosevelt Pratt and Michelle Karen Sullivan and the grandson of the late Rev. T.L. Turner. Pastor Pratt is also a proud veteran serving in the United States Navy from years 2009-2012. In November of 2009, he was honored to marry the love of his life Shaqueeta Pratt. This matrimony would later produce two of their finest accomplishments, Saniya Pratt and Adonis Pratt. Pastor Pratt is a son of Greater Shiloh, serving in the church for as long as he could remember, he was baptized, licensed to preach and ordained all in Greater Shiloh, under the leadership of former Pastor Vanzelen G. Brown Sr. He is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree through Liberty University. Modeling his ministry after the Apostle Paul’s message to the Ephesians, Pastor Pratt believes that: “God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose”. Romans 8:28 Pastor Pratt has embraced the spirit of excellence and believes it is imperative to possess such a spirit to please the Lord. His ultimate goal is to help everyone he knows to get to know Jesus better. He believes that he has been called to communicate God’s heart effectively and accurately to his people. It is to this end that he has dedicated his life to spread God’s word throughout the land.
